A few hours before the New Year is a good time for wrapping gifts, creating a festive atmosphere and summing up the results of the year (and not only for running!).
And also make new plans! And fit into all sorts of challenges, try something new.
It’s time to visit the New Year’s sales – suddenly there are cool sneakers at a discount.
And, of course, give and receive gifts.
At the festive table, the runners are divided into two types: someone enjoys sweets without remorse,
… while others calculate how many kilometers you need to run to burn everything you eat on New Year’s Eve. Spoiler alert: a lot coming out!
And it’s also nice to be overlaid with sweets and “stick” in front of the TV.
Jogging on January 1st is a must-have ritual!
Especially when there are no people on the streets on a snowy morning.
These runs are usually fun and with friends, which only makes them better.
Because the holidays are a great reason to lower the degree of seriousness, give yourself some rest, reboot and spend time with loved ones.
And then return to training with renewed vigor.
Team Nogibogi wishes you a Happy New Year! Come on in a new rotsi, because of big things, everything will definitely work out 😉
